This agreement is between you (hereinafter known as the ‘Client or User’) and ‘InstaWallstTrades’ as the operator of the platform.

By using any services on the InstaWallstTrades platform, the Client agrees that the Client has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions contained in this legal agreement as well as InstaWallstTrades’ privacy policy.

As this is a legally binding contract, the Client is requested to thoroughly read this agreement and the related notices before availing InstaWallstTrades’ services.

By registering, accessing or using InstaWallstTrades’ platform, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

If any Client disagrees with this agreement, the Client should not register with InstaWallstTrades or look to avail any of its services.

InstaWallstTrades reserves exclusive rights to modify or change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. InstaWallstTrades will provide prior notice of these changes to users and will modify or change the terms by updating this agreement.

All changes or modifications will be effective from the date provided to users. If the user continues to avail InstaWallstTrades’ services after the changes are done, it will be considered as the user’s acceptance of the amended agreement and rules. If the user does not agree with any such modification or change, then the user should close the client asset account and stop using the InstaWallstTrades platform.

Information and Guidelines for Authorized Law Enforcement Officials

Submission of Requests

For the submission of any legal requests or inquiries, law enforcement officials should write to legal@instawallsttrades.com. Any request or inquiry sent to InstaWallstTrades Support or any other channel not intended for law enforcement will not be entertained.

Requirements of the Law Enforcement Request

• Should be made by an authorized law enforcement individual/agency

• Should be based on valid legal grounds

• Should contain information which will help identify the user or transaction for which the information is sought

• Should be followed by a valid return email from an official government domain or physical address
